Attosecond Laser Facility

On August 15^th, 2019, a meeting on development in infrared laser source was held at the East Building of the Department of Chemistry, School of Science, the University of Tokyo. Researchers of Q-LEAP-ATTO division from Waseda University, National Institutes for Quantum and Radiological Science and Technology, and the University of Tokyo met up to discuss about the progress in R&D of mid-infrared laser sources. The Attosecond Laser Facility (ALFA) project is closely connected to the research field of attosecond lasers for next frontiers in science and technology (ATTO) that is part of the Q-LEAP project.
